just discovered that Cassandra Claire has updated with Draco Veritas chapter 17a since... well, awhile back. I swear she takes 4 months per chapter or something. Such a slow pace o_o but I do rather like the story she's taken us on.

Don't complain about the pace. I think she's still coming out at time per novel faster than JK Rowling.
The Alessandra Sunk person who did some illustrations in the past is really good...some others not so much.
i guess you're right...yes she's coming out faster than Rowling... this would be equivalent to the final chapter of the final book. just seems the last 3 chapers have taken almost forever.
the story is so tragic. the people who love each other, instead end up hurting each other again and again.
happens in real life too. that's why a BEEG part of love is the capacity to forgive, and i mean this in any love relationship from forgiving one's dog for eating one's new shoes, forgiving one's parents for not being perfect, and forgiving one's lover for all the blunders and cuts that happen in a romance.
yeah but i bet most couples didn't have to go through quite what hermione / harry went through in that first fic.

on the other hand you can believe in the ideal that, misunderstanding and hurt come from a mismatch of personality and failure of communication. that if you are both wise enough you can nip it in its bud before it grows into a huge issue later.
